The communication after booking was great, concise and clear. Later when I arrived, the line at immigration was taking longer than expected, I WhatsApp'd them and they immediately replied that it was not a problem and they would wait (1AM arrival). Everything from beginning to end was organized, clean and comfortable.

Izahar was a delight to have as a driver. He was very welcoming and entertained us for the entire journey. He talked about famous passengers that he had encountered and sang songs relating to some of these passengers. In particular his Tom Jones rendition was very heartfelt. Izahar also pointed out locations and tourist destinations not to be missed . He was simply a joy to have on our first arrival to Singapore.

Singapore is an amazing city. It is clean, well organized and efficient. Traffic moves well, even though it is densely populated. There is no graffiti or trash to be seen. It is multicultural and a pleasure to visit with sooo many food choices.

I completely misjudged how long it would take to go thru customs and my flight arrived very early than planned. I thought I would have to wait over an hour for the driver but he was there waiting for me

It’s great to find my name on a sign and then get escorted to a comfortable vehicle that takes me straight to the hotel. My flight arrived late night and I didn’t want to deal with taxi evening surcharges or worry if the meter may be running longer than it should. Driver was safe, courteous, and friendly. Plus there was good communication even before the ride, so I felt confident on arrival.
