great value and a must do !

We spent a whole afternoon here and it was quite simply the best day of the whole trip. We did visit the 2 domes and then head to the supertree grove and skywalk in the evening. The guide Judy was very funny and its a pleasure having a guide tell us all the local information. Cheaper than walking in too

I was taken aback by the total Singapore experience, the cleanest and one of the most modern cities I have ever visited, a once in a lifetime must see , stayed 3 nights 4 days maybe could have done with another day, but traveller beware make sure you take your credit cards YOU will need them, nothing comes cheap but like said put it on your bucket list, there are to many great places to visit , number one for us was a Singapore sling cocktail in the famous Raffles hotel which unlike I thought is huge, Heed for the long bar for your drink, you will be guided and may have to wait as they do not allow it to get overcrowded to keep it pleasant once inside no rush, you drink will cost around £20. Also go down to to bay lots to see, Bay gardens , Sands hotel tower , make sure you book to go to 67 floor this has food and drink, otherwise now are to sit or drink on 66 floor we found it hard as pensioners, also China town and little India area worth a look, and much more, designer shopping insane prices so we gave that a miss, costly but a great place to see

An amazing afternoon of admiring all the beautiful plants and gardens..a perfect way to spend the afternoon and getting some good walking in! Definitely a must do!

The timings were good to go up the tower in daylight and return in darkness. Efficient pickup and drop-off but we had to queue at the place to turn our WhatsApped barcodes into qr codes. It was time-consuming. Fascinating places tho
Very nice but expensive

It was a lovely trip but very disappointed that you were unable to have drinks at the bar on the deck without paying further.
Also I did find it very expensive when it was actually free to get into the light show.

A Must-Do trip in Singapore

Unfortunately we had light rain when we were on the viewing deck which meant we could not see the far horizons but the views over Singapore were fantastic.
Visit to the Flower Dome and Super Tree was very good, all the better as it had stopped raining. The light show at 7.45 pm was also very good. Overall well worth booking the trip. The Gardens by the Bay ticket is for the Flower Done and Super Tree only. If you want to enter the rain forest dome or gain entry to the elevated walkway you will have to buy tickets on site but time available may be too limited.

This was a little disappointing.
Maybe I mistakenly assumed we would have a guide. It did say a tour not tickets (maybe the communication could be clearer) and one of the other reviews talked about their guide? It also talks about Covid guidelines and guides washing hands etc.
The hotel pick up worked well and was fast and efficient.
Beware this tour is only a one way hotel transfer (only if requested) and skip the line ticket entry (although there was no queue).
We also had some misunderstanding about delivery of the tickets.
Simply make sure you understand what you are getting and consider the RMT is easy, cheap and very efficient In getting around the city.
The gardens are amazing and definitely worth the trip. Absolutely beautiful.

Our guide picked us up from the hotel early which was good. We were dropped off at the Sands Sky Park which was excellent with great views- however it took us 25 minutes to sort out our ticket. The staff member would not accept our voucher so they contacted the office and a whats app message was sent with our tickets.
After our visit we went over to the Gardens by the bay only to be told that the Super tree closed at 17:00 by this time it was 16:15. I asked if we could go round the gardens and do the super tree tomorrow and I was told No if I do the gardens it validates the ticket for both. As we were leaving the following day we chose to do the gardens as we were being picked back up at 20:00.
Having got the whats app message previously I rang the number to be told they would sort it out for me to go first thing the following day however I had to recall the next day again to sort out. They sent over the same ticket which I used but due to the rain we still could not do the super tree.
The flower dome was pretty and their was a Japanese wedding which was really beautiful.
